Editing a profile

Edit an existing Order Anywhere profile to enable or disable settings such as tips, pause ordering, delete the profile, or refresh the menu linked to it.

  1. Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
  2. Click My profiles on the navigation bar.
  3. Select the name of the profile you want to edit.
  4. Make changes to the profile.
  5. Click Save.

Pausing orders

Pause orders for a specific profile to prevent customers from using it to place orders. For example, a profile that is only needed during a certain season can be paused after that season ends.

  1. Log in to your Order Anywhere Back Office.
  2. Click My profiles on the navigation bar.
  3. Select the name of the profile where the order pause is desired.
  4. Click Pause orders. Note: Pause orders changes to Resume orders and a notification will appear that says: "Orders are disabled."
  5. Click Save to confirm.

Deleting a profile

To remove a profile you no longer need:

  1. Log in to your Order Anywhere Back Office.
  2. Click My profiles on the navigation bar.
  3. Select the name of the profile that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete profile.
  5. Review the profile deletion pop-up and click Delete to confirm.

Refreshing a menu

If you make changes to the source menu linked to a profile, refresh the menu in Order Anywhere to immediately update the menu displayed to customers.

  1. Log in to your Order Anywhere Back Office.
  2. Click My profiles on the navigation bar.
  3. Select the name of the profile that you want to refresh.
  4. Click Refresh menu to update the menu linked.
