The Orders page in the Order Anywhere Back Office displays reporting for past and upcoming orders.
The tiles at the top of the Orders page show the number of orders for the current day, future days, past days, and the total number of orders.
The table below lists each order and its order details, such as the order status or pick-up time. Use the table filters to sort the orders based on order status, type, and other details. To learn more about the filter options and provided information, view the following tables.
Filter options
Field | Description |
All tab | Shows all orders, including past and future orders. |
Today tab | Displays all of today’s orders. Applies to all orders to be picked up today. |
Tomorrow tab | Shows all orders for tomorrow. Applies to all orders to be picked up tomorrow. |
Future tab | Displays all future orders. Applies to all orders to be collected from the day after tomorrow. |

Provided information
Column | Description |
Orders | Lists the unique order ID. Use the ID to track the transaction payments in the Stripe account. |
Order status |
Shows the current status of the order:

Collection code | Shows the pickup code assigned to the customer. This code is also available in the customer's order confirmation email. You can click on the code to view the Order details page. |
Order type | This column shows the Order Anywhere profile's associated order type. This is useful if Order Anywhere is used for both on- and off-premises in the restaurant. |
Created | Gives the date and time when the customer submits an order. |
Pick-up time | Displays the customer’s selected pickup date and time or the time the order will be ready based on the set food preparation time. |
Amount | Shows the value of the order. |
Three-dot icon (View order details) | Click the three dots > View order details to see the ordered items, customer information, and payment details. |
Order details
You can click on the order's Collection code to view the order details page, which includes information such as the order's pickup time, item list, and customer note.
Provided information
Row | Description |
Collection code | Shows the pickup code assigned to the customer. This code is also available in the customer's order confirmation email. |
Profile | Shows the configuration profile associated with the order. |
Order type | This column shows the Order Anywhere profile's associated order type. This is useful if Order Anywhere is used for both on- and off-premises in the restaurant. |
Amount | Shows the value of the order. |
Created | Gives the date and time when the customer submits an order. |
Pick-up time | Shows the customer has chosen a pickup date and time for future orders, or in the case of ASAP orders the creation time plus your preparation time. |
Order ID | The order's unique Order Anywhere ID. |
