Logging in to the Back Office

From printers to cash drawers to payment terminals, selecting the right hardware for your business helps optimize workflows and ensures your business runs smoothly. This article will guide you through the types of hardware available and how to set up hardware with Lightspeed Restaurant.

The web-based Back Office is where you set up Lightspeed Restaurant, including your menu, settings, and user permissions. The Back Office is one major part of the Lightspeed system, while the Restaurant POS app for your iPad is the other.

Log in using the email and password you signed up with. If you need additional logins, set up Back Office users for other email addresses.

How to log in to the Back Office

  1. In a web browser, visit https://manager.lsk.lightspeed.app/ to access the Back Office login page.

    Note: We recommend using a computer to access the Back Office as it will be more responsive than a tablet. Back Office is not supported on mobile phone devices.

  2. Enter your username (email address) and password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. If prompted, select the particular business you want to log in to. 
  5. If it's your first time logging in to the Back Office, follow the prompts to activate Lightspeed Payments and begin setting up your account.
