As of June 2023, the legacy Stock feature is no longer available to new customers. Existing customers who currently use the feature will still have access to it.

Export the inventory information as a PDF, CSV, or XLS file on Lightspeed Restaurant (K) to save, print, or analyze outside of the Back Office.
- Log in to the Back Office with your Lightspeed credentials.
- From the navigation menu, select Stock > Inventory.
- Select the Export button and choose the Export format from the dropdown menu.
- Wait for the inventory data file to automatically download.
