Hi. How can we help?

Creating stock counts

Stock counts help you ensure the accuracy of inventory levels. Create new stock counts based on stock location to update the item quantity, making sure that the Inventory module reflects what’s actually in your restaurant. After completing a stock count, stock levels will automatically change based on the figures you’ve submitted. From the main page, you’ll see a history of previous stock counts and their Counted value. Changes in inventory value from any count will be reflected as Total variance.

To access Stock counts:

  1. Log in to the Inventory module with your Lightspeed credentials.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Stock management > Stock counts.
