The Lightspeed Order Display Screen (ODS) displays order numbers on an external screen so customers can see the status of their order, whether it is in progress or ready for pickup. The screen updates automatically as POS users manage orders in the Lightspeed Restaurant app or on a Kitchen Display System (KDS). Setting up the Lightspeed ODS requires an Apple TV (4th generation or newer) and a television or monitor to connect via an HDMI cable to the Apple TV.
Important: The Lightspeed Order Display Screen is available as a paid add-on to your existing Lightspeed Restaurant subscription.
