Resetting your password

An admin email and password are used to sign in to your Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) Back Office account. If you forget the admin password, reset it by sending a password reset link to your email.

  1. Open your browser and go to https://manager.lsk.lightspeed.app/.
  2. From the login page, click the Forgot password? link below the login credentials. Back Office login page with Forgot password? highlighted
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Enter the displayed security code. Page displaying the box to enter email address and security code
  5. Click Reset my password. Instructions to change your password will be sent to the email address you entered in the first box.
  6. Go to your email inbox and open the email from Lightspeed called Reset your password.
  7. Follow the instructions in the email to change your password.
  8. You will be redirected to a secure page to enter a new admin password. Your admin password must contain 8 characters, including at least one upper, one lower, one special character, and one digit.
  9. Click Change password. You will receive a confirmation message saying your password has been reset successfully and can log in with your new password.
