A void reason is explanation applied for a cancelled order or item. This helps ensure that orders or order items on the POS are only cancelled for reasons you deem relevant from the Back Office. If you ever need to remove void reasons, feel free to do so from the Back Office.
- Log in to the Back Office with your Lightspeed Restaurant account credentials.
- From the navigation menu, select Configuration > Settings > Void reasons.
- Select Remove.
