Setting up the Workforce integration

Workforce is a third-party integration focused on businesses with hourly and/or shift workers, designed to give management greater control over scheduling. When integrated with Lightspeed POS, Workforce syncs revenue and itemized sales data, allowing you to make informed, data-led decisions regarding your employees. Setting up Workforce

  1. Contact the Workforce Sales team.
  2. Register, onboard, and set up your account with the help of the Workforce team.
  3. Integrate with Lightspeed Restaurant by following the steps in Workforce's Lightspeed Restaurant: K Series guide.

Frequently asked questions

  • Workforce syncs data at the following moments:

    • When the initial integration is established.
    • When a new business is added to Workforce.
    • Every ten minutes per business, once the integration has been completed.
  • Workforce currently supports English (AU/GB, US), Spanish, French, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Polish, and Portuguese. Other languages may be available upon request.
