Setting up the WebRezPro integration

WebRezPro is a cloud-based property management system used for reservations and availability, accounting and reporting, and rate management.

Setting up WebRezPro

To set up WebRezPro, you will need to sign up for WebRezPro and configure settings in the Back Office. All other setup will be handled by Omniboost, a third-party data integrator that automates connections between POS systems and integration software.

New customers

If you haven't signed up for WebRezPro, follow the steps below. If you already have a WebRezPro account, jump to Existing customers.

  1. Request a demo from WebRezPro.
  2. Once your WebRezPro account is set up, Omniboost should reach out automatically. If you aren't contacted by Omniboost, reach out to your Account Manager.

Existing customers

If you already have a WebRezPro account, you will need to reach out to your Account Manager and request the WebRezPro integration. Your Account Manager will direct Omniboost to contact you.

Setting up the Back Office

You will need to set up a new payment method in the Back Office to use WebRezPro.

  1. Log in to the Back Office with your Lightspeed Restaurant credentials.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Configuration > Settings > Payment methods.
  3. Select Add a payment method.
  4. Set up a "Charge to room" payment method. 
    • Payment method type: select Charge to room from the drop-down menu.
    • Name: choose a name, like WebRezPro.
    • PMS Server: set to Other.
  5. Click Save.
