With an active Order Anywhere account, you can integrate your business with Google to gain access to powerful features for expanding your reach:
- A Google Business Profile controls how your business appears in Google products like Search and Maps. Setting this up through Order Anywhere allows you to sync business hours, social media links, and other details directly from Order Anywhere to Google.
- Order with Google places ordering links to your Order Anywhere website inside Google Search and Maps. Customers already searching for food on Google will find your business and be redirected to order in just a few clicks.
Setting up a Google Business Profile
By creating a Google Business Profile and linking it to Order Anywhere, you're able to control the business details that customers see when searching for you on Google.
Before setting up your Google Business Profile, ensure the name, address, phone number, business hours, and social media links for your business are correct in your Order Anywhere settings.
- Check that your business is currently listed on Google.
- Visit https://business.google.com/add.
- Sign in to, or create, a Google account associated with your business.
- Search for your business name. If it appears, skip step 1d and proceed to step 2.
- If your business does not appear, click Add your business to Google. Follow the prompts to enter all required details.
- Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
- From the navigation menu, go to Integrations.

Click Set up under Google Business Profile.

Select Allow when asked to let mylightspeed.app access your Google account.

Follow the prompts to claim your Google business account, integrating it with Order Anywhere.
Once your account is claimed, business details from Order Anywhere will automatically sync to the business listing customers see on Google. If you make changes in Order Anywhere, those changes will also sync to Google. Synced details include:
- Opening and holiday hours
- Social media links
- Business address and phone number
Setting up Order with Google
Order with Google allows customers to search your restaurant name on Google and click Order Pickup or Order Delivery to place orders via your Order Anywhere website.
- Order with Google requires a Google Business Profile registered under the same name and address associated with your Lightspeed account. The name and address must be an exact match for the integration to work correctly.
- Before setting up this feature, you must have created at least one Pickup and delivery service profile in Order Anywhere.
- Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
- From the navigation menu, go to Integrations.
- From the Order with Google section, click Set up Order with Google.

Select which order profile you’d like to link to Order with Google.
Only one menu can be linked to Google per business location. If you have multiple off-premises profiles, then you must select only one order profile per location to publish.

Click Finish setup.
After you're set up, you can change the service profile associated with Order with Google by clicking View controls on the Integrations page and selecting a different profile from the drop-down menu.
Reporting on Order with Google
To check how frequently customers are using Order with Google, visit the performance dashboard on Order Anywhere's Integrations page.
- Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
- From the navigation menu, go to Integrations.
- Under Order with Google, click View dashboard.
The dashboard shows the number of orders customers have placed through Order with Google, illustrating its effect on your business. Use the buttons to toggle between All orders placed since setting up the integration or only those from Today, This Week, or This Month.
