Integration Marketplace is a directory of third-party integrations that work with Lightspeed Restaurant. With hundreds of integrations available, Integration Marketplace allows you to explore potential features and add-ons to make your life simpler and your business run more smoothly.

Browsing Integration Marketplace

To view the Integration Marketplace, click Marketplace on the navigation bar in the Back Office.

Each integration is shown as a summary card with the integration’s icon, category, name, brief description, and certified countries. Clicking on a card takes you to that integration’s details page.

Searching and filtering

At the top of the Integration Marketplace page is a search bar where you can look for specific integrations by name. Click X in the search bar to clear it. There are also buttons that will filter the integrations by topic, like Inventory or Marketing . Below those is the full list of integrations available to users of Lightspeed Restaurant. As you search or filter, the list of displayed integrations is updated to match the criteria.

Viewing integration details

Click on any integration to view more information.

Each integration’s information page has a header showing its icon, the name, a brief description, supported countries, and a link to the third-party site to learn more. Additional videos or screenshots may also be included.

The section at bottom covers an overview of the product, onboarding details, and partner details.

Adding an integration

To add an integration to your Lighstpeed Restaurant account via the Integration Marketplace:

1. Click Marketplace on the navigation bar in the Back Office.
2. Search or filter for the integration you wish to add.
3. Click on the icon for the integration.
4. Click Onboarding.
5. Follow the onboarding instructions.

Some integrations can be implemented immediately, others require registering for the third-party service and awaiting their approval.
