Create promotions with Order Anywhere to offer your customers discounts on their orders if they meet certain criteria.

Order Anywhere promotions are only available in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Creating a Buy One, Get One offer

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offers encourage customers to order certain items by offering a free item with the purchase of the same item. Set up a BOGO offer through Order Anywhere.

1. Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
2. From the navigation menu, select Offers.
3. From the Buy 1, get 1 free tile, click Create.

   

4. Fill out the information in the pop-up window.
   • Order profile: Choose an order profile from the dropdown menu.
   • Choose items: Search for the items you want to include in the offer. You can include multiple items.
   • Duration: Choose the length of time this offer will be valid.
5. Click Save promotion.

   

Once a promotion has been created, you will be able to view it in the My Promotions section. This section will display the type of promotion, the order profile associated with it, the minimum order value, the current status, and the duration.

Editing a promotional offer

Scheduled promotions can be edited at any time from the Order Anywhere Back Office. You cannot edit an active promotion.

1. Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
2. From the navigation menu, select Offers.
3. Click the three-dot menu in the Action column for the offer you want to edit and choose Edit.

   

4. Change the offer's details.
5. Click Save promotion.

Ending an active promotional offer

Active promotions can be ended early at any time. If a promotion has been scheduled, it can be deleted instead.

1. Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
2. From the navigation menu, select Offers.
3. Click the three-dot menu in the Action column for the active offer you want to end and choose End promotion.
4. In the confirmation window, click End promotion.

Deleting a promotional offer

Delete a promotion that has expired or is no longer relevant. Deleted promotions cannot be recovered.

1. Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
2. From the navigation menu, select Offers.
3. Click the three-dot menu in the Action column for the offer you want to edit and choose Delete.
4. In the confirmation window, click Delete promotion.
