Contacting the Billing department

For help with questions or issues related to billing, call or email the Lightspeed Billing department in your region. When calling, you will need to select the relevant options from the phone menu to reach Billing. Phone hours are between 9 AM and 6 PM. 

Note: For help with a subscription, email sales@lightspeedhq.com or your Sales Account Manager. You can also contact Support to coordinate a phone transfer or callback request.
