If you have multiple ID card batches, give them different names to better distinguish between each group of cards in the Back Office.

1. Log in to the Back Office with your Lightspeed Restaurant account credentials.
2. From the navigation bar, go to Customers > Loyalty Cards > Card batches.
3. Select the ID tab.
4. Select the current name of the card batch desired.
5. Enter the new name in the prompt.
6. Click the checkmark button to save and confirm.
