When adding an item to the Back Office, there are two sections related to Stock: Stock management details and Item composition. See Adding items in detail and refer to About Production for more information on these sections.
- In Stock management details, you can assign the item to a stock location.
- In Item composition, you can manage the ingredients and amounts associated with an item, such as in a recipe.
If you want to unlink items from stock, select Point of sale default from the Stock dropdown in the Stock management details.
