Batch history

The Batch history page shows all finished batches. Use the search bar and time period drop-down to narrow down your search and find a specific batch.
To access Batch History:

  1. Log in to the Inventory module with your Lightspeed credentials.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Produce > Batch History.
  3. (Optional) Sort batches according to their completion date by clicking Production Date. Click once for ascending order, or click again for descending.
  4. (Optional) View more details about a specific batch by clicking it.

After selecting a batch from the list, you’ll find the batch history details. See the table below for descriptions of what each field means.

Batch history details

Detail Description
Dates  
Planned date Date the batch was created or planned
Production date Date and time the batch was finished.
Batch yields and cost  
Expected yield How much of the item was expected to be made based on its recipe.
Actual yield How much of the item was actually made.
Batch cost Total cost to make the batch (based on ingredients used).
Unit cost Cost to produce one unit of the item made in the batch.
Ingredients  
Ingredients used Ingredients used to make the batch.
Total QTY Quantity of each ingredient used in the batch.
Cost Cost of each ingredient.
Notes Notes recorded for the batch.
