About allergens

Allergens let you add and manage a reusable list of allergens in the Back Office and assign them to orders, courses, and seats in the Restaurant POS app during service. You can sort and reorder allergens to match your menu and cuisine, which helps staff find and apply relevant allergens faster. Using one centralized list also helps your team use allergens consistently across POS workflows. You can also add custom allergens when creating an order in the Restaurant POS app.
