Lightspeed Restaurant integrates directly with various property management systems (PMS), such as Apaleo and WebRezPro. By connecting your property management system, you can share data between it and your POS to streamline customer operations.
To view a list of supported PMS integrations, visit the Integration Hub and filter by PMS.
The availability of integrations will depend on your business location. In the Integration Hub, each integration tile will list the locations where it's certified for use.

Troubleshooting PMS errors
Occasionally a transaction sent from the Lightspeed POS to the PMS will fail. When a transaction fails, the POS will display an alert in the notification center. Resend a failed transaction from the Back Office.
- Log in to the Back Office with your Lightspeed Restaurant credentials.
- From the navigation menu, select Operations > PMS postings.
- A warning banner will display if you have unsuccessful postings. Click Resend to PMS to retry the transaction.
To view all unsuccessful postings, check Show unsuccessful postings only. Resending a transaction may take some time. If a transaction still fails to send, contact Support.
