Use smart upselling, powered by AI, to recommend specific products to customers both in your menu and in customer carts.

You must have 400+ Order Anywhere orders in the past 21 days in order to use smart recommendations.

Enabling Popular items

Boost sales and guide customers to best sellers with smart recommendations. These recommendations are based on your sales data and automatically update daily once enabled. Best sellers display at the top of your Order Anywhere menu. The minimum number of recommendations to display is 3 and the maximum is 8.

1. Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
2. From the navigation menu, select Offers.
3. Click Menu upsells.
4. Toggle on Popular items to display up to 8 of your best-selling menu items.
5. (Optional) Choose the number of items to show.
6. Click Save.

Enabling Cart upsells

Enable Cart upsells to display a Frequently bought together section in a customer's cart. Customers will be able to quick-add items from this section to their order. These recommendations are based on order history, ensuring the items displayed are items that are actually often bought together.

1. Log in to the Order Anywhere Back Office.
2. From the navigation menu, select Offers.
3. Click Menu upsells.
4. Toggle on Cart upsells.
5. Click Save.
