Enabling optional payment methods for Lightspeed Payments

By default, most major credit cards are accepted and automatically enabled for use with Lightspeed Payments. However, some third party apps and payment types may require activation by linking your Lightspeed Payments account and third party payment method.

CONECS

Country availability: France

To activate CONECS on your Lightspeed account, contact Lightspeed support with all relevant account information, including:

  • Lightspeed Business ID
  • Lightspeed Business name and location
  • CONECS ID
  • SIRET number

Lightspeed support will then create an internal ticket to activate CONECS on your account.

Swile

Country availability: France

To activate Swile on your Lightspeed account, contact Swile support with your VISA or Mastercard MID.

If you do not have your VISA or Mastercard MID on hand, you can find it on the card receipt for any VISA or Mastercard transaction processed through your payment terminal, or contact Lightspeed support for your MID.

Twint

Country availability: Switzerland

To activate Twint, contact Lightspeed support with with all relevant account information, including:

  • Business ID
  • Business name and location

Lightspeed support will then create an internal ticket to activate Twint on your account.
