Combos enable customers to order multiple items for a fixed price. They can include preset items or groups of items from which customers can choose. All items used in a combo must be created in the Back Office before adding them to the combo. Combos can be used to sell items in combination for a lower price than if they were purchased separately to encourage customers to order more than they originally intended. Find combo examples listed below.
A combo has the structure Combo > Item group(s) > Item(s):
A combo has its own SKU and consists of one or multiple groups (each group has its own SKU and can have different settings: forced coursing, forced price, number of items to be selected, etc.). Groups (ex: Sandwiches and Milkshakes) consist of individual items (ex: Banana milkshake, strawberry milkshake, etc.).
Items must be part of a group to be displayed within a combo on the POS.
