If you ever need to edit existing account profiles, feel free to do so from the Back Office.
- From the navigation menu, select Configuration > Settings > Account profiles.
- Select Edit of the corresponding account profile.
- Make the required changes. For more information on account profile (order type) settings, please see Adding account profiles.
- Select Save.
Order settings, or account profiles with Lightspeed Restaurant, allow you to apply specific settings to an order. See order settings.
Set your void reasons that can be selected in the POS when a booked item can no longer be billed. E.g.: damage or spillage. See About void reasons.
