If you ever need to edit existing account profiles, feel free to do so from the Back Office.
- From the navigation menu, select Configuration > Settings > Account profiles.
- Select Edit of the corresponding account profile.
- Make the required changes. For more information on account profile (order type) settings, please see Adding account profiles.
- Select Save.
Order settings: Order settings, or account profiles with Lightspeed Restaurant, allow you to apply specific settings to an order. See order settings.
Void reasons: Set your void reasons that can be selected in the POS when a booked item can no longer be billed. E.g.: damage or spillage. See About void reasons.
