Location reports allow you to see data across all locations linked to your account. These reports allow you to quickly access data about your sales, items, discounts, and labor across all locations.
To access your location reports, navigate to Reports > Reports in the Back Office.
Location reports are only visible on multi-location accounts.
- Consolidated Business Reports: Consolidated Business Reports offer a quick overview of important business data, such as profits, losses, and taxes across all locations.
- Consolidated Product Reports: The Consolidated Product Reports page displays an overview of sold products for the selected time period for all locations. It includes the total sold, discounted, offered, and returned for each product, as well as information on losses, margins, and costs.
- Consolidated Discounts Breakdown: The Consolidated Discounts Breakdown report summarizes the discounts given on orders at all locations.
- Consolidated Shift Reports: Consolidated Shift Reports show when employees started and ended their shifts, how many receipts were generated, and the total sales and payment methods across all locations.
- Consolidated Fiscal Report: The Consolidated Fiscal Report gives a detailed view of all sales, taxes, and receipts created during the selected time period across all locations. This report is most commonly referred to for tax purposes.
