Discount and Corrections display information regarding any discounts, cancellations, or corrections that may have been applied to your orders. Here you can see an overview of which void reasons have been applied to refunds or voids, and what items are most commonly discounted.

To access your discounts and corrections reports, navigate to Reports > Reports in the Back Office.

• Discounts Breakdown: The Discount Breakdown report summarizes all discounts applied to orders for a selected time period.
• Cancellations and Corrections: The Cancellations and Corrections report displays all refunds and voids over a selected time period.
• Monthly discounts: The Monthly Discounts report breaks down all discounts applied over a specific month by day and amount.
