Hi. How can we help?

Consolidated Fiscal Report

Consolidated Fiscal Reports are generated on the POS whenever a new shift is started. They cover 24 hours and automatically end at 5:29 the next day. Visit the Consolidated Fiscal Report from Back Office to see an overview of Fiscal reports created by the POS from all of your business locations. Fiscal reports are generated at the end of the day and, as such, are only available after the start of the next day (e.g., today's Fiscal reports will be visible tomorrow).

A Fiscal report is created for each POS device, but only reports from active devices are calculated in the fiscal summary. Passive devices will have their results greyed out.

To access the Consolidated Fiscal Report:

  1. Log in to the Back Office using your Lightspeed credentials.
  2. Select Reports > Reports from the navigation menu.
  3. Click Consolidated Fiscal Report in the Location Reports section.
  4. (Optional)Use the drop-down menu and calendar icon in the upper-right corner to change the report's time period.
