About Menu reports

Visit Advanced Insight’s Menu reports to learn which menu items are popular with your guests. You can compare item sales between shifts, view an item’s recent sales history, or use these insights to help develop new items for your menu. 

Your menu data is organized into three reports for granular insights: Most Popular, Repeat Customer Favorites, and the Magic Menu Quadrant. Additionally, you can view an item's scorecard for more detailed information about an item and its sales history.

Menu reports

Report Description

Most Popular

Discover your most popular menu items. You can “roll up” items into subcategories for easy comparisons or see an item’s scorecard to understand its impact on your business.

Repeat Customer Favorites

This report ranks your menu items according to their popularity with repeat customers. You can also click on an item to view the item’s scorecard.

Magic Menu Quadrant

This tool organizes your items into four categories (Hidden Gems, Greatest Hits, Underperformers, and One Hit Wonders) to give you quick insight into an item’s performance over the last 12 months.

Item scorecard

View an item's scorecard to discover the item’s ranking over the last four weeks, its recent sales, and a graph of its top-selling servers.
