Setting up the Deliverect integration

Deliverect integrates with Lightspeed Restaurant for online ordering. With Deliverect, you can sync your menu from Back Office to platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats, then have online orders sent straight to your POS device.

Setting up the Deliverect integration

  1. Request a demo from Deliverect.
  2. Register, onboard, and set up your account with the help of the Deliverect team.
  3. Integrate with Lightspeed Restaurant by following the steps in Deliverect’s dedicated setup guide.
  4. Configure your products and items with additional options and upsells.
  5. Familiarize yourself with the operational flow of the Deliverect integration.

Frequently asked questions

  • Deliverect supports English, French, Italian, Dutch, German, and Spanish.

  • Once an order is accepted from the delivery channels, it’s sent to your POS device in real time. You can find all orders by tapping RECEIPTS.
    For automatic order printing on your POS, ensure you're logged in to the Lightspeed Restaurant app. Orders are received silently on the POS and printed as individual tickets. To play a sound for each order, connect a kitchen buzzer to your ticket printer or install the Deliverect Delivery Manager app on a secondary device.

  • You can update your POS device from your iPad or the Back Office. It’s important that you sync your POS device after any change you make.
    To sync from your iPad: Tap the reload icon.
    To sync from Back Office: Click ConfigurationsDevices > Devices, and then select the reload button.
