If you have multiple punch card batches, give them different names to better distinguish between them in the Back Office.
- Log in to the Back Office with your Lightspeed Restaurant account credentials.
- From the navigation bar, go to Customers > Loyalty cards > Card batches.
- Select the PUNCH tab.
- Click the current name of the desired card batch.
- Enter the new name in the prompt.
- Click the checkmark to save changes.
