Should you make changes to your hardware setup, you can easily remove old terminals from your account. Terminals that are currently assigned to a device cannot be deleted.
- In Back Office, go to Configuration > Hardware.
- Click on Payment Terminals.
- Find the terminal you would like to remove, then click Delete.
If you delete a Lightspeed Payments terminal that is still assigned to your account, the terminal will reappear within one hour of being removed. To remove a terminal from your account, please reach out to Lightspeed Support.
