Uber Direct allows restaurants to incorporate on-demand delivery directly from sales channels like websites, apps, or phone orders. By integrating Lightspeed and Uber Direct, you can offer delivery via Uber to customers who place orders through Order Anywhere.
Uber Direct is only available in the UK, Germany, Canada, and the United States. You will need an Order Anywhere account to access Uber Direct. To sign up for Order Anywhere, get in touch with your account manager or email sales@lightspeedhq.com to purchase an Order Anywhere subscription.

- Click My profiles and choose the profile you wish to use with Uber Direct.

Uber Direct sets their delivery range to a fixed distance dependent on country. This range will display during setup and cannot be edited.
Once Uber Direct is connected, set the following settings to your business's specifications:
- Minimum order value for delivery: The minimum value that customers must reach before they can order delivery.
- Signature required: Toggle this on if you require the courier to get a signature before leaving the delivery with the customer.
- Delivery fee: The fee the customer must pay for delivery, if any. This applies to all delivery orders through Uber Direct.
- Note for courier (optional): Allow the customer to leave a note for the courier with delivery instructions or other information.
